Materials should be delivered to PDX Distribution at least 3 to 5 weeks before an event, to allow for ideal distribution time. For anything recieved 14 days or less before an event, please see the Rush Job Fee section at the bottom of the page. For all distribution jobs, fees must be paid in full upon receipt of the materials.

If mailed, payments must be sent Priority Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please see the Contact page for mailing and shipping addresses.

Posters

   $100 per 100 for 11"x17" or less

   $120 per 100 for 18"x24" or less

   $150 per 100 for 25"x30" or less

   Minimum of 50 posters per job

   We offer free distribution of 500 postcards with every 100 posters received at least 3 weeks before the event.

   Posters will never be stapled to telephone polls unless specifically requested. All posters are placed on pin boards or windows of businesses.

Rush Job Fees: Materials that are received or must be distributed 14 days or less before the advertised event are considered rush jobs. Rush jobs are subject to an additional fee, which will vary depending on the size of the order. Please inquire via e-mail for a price quote. The offer to distribute 500 cards for free with every 100 posters does not apply to rush jobs.
